  treating your pain since 2016

Why should I seek help?

Sam's Sporting History

Sam's aim is to improve the quality of life for all his patients and provide a safe return to sport for the sportsman/women among us. He believes no one should live with pain whether you are a professional athlete struggling to get back to sport or a desk worker wanting to just live pain free day to day.

Regardless of age or ability, Sam has the experience to treat anyone and commonly he treats people with office-based injuries, the elderly and even patients who have had an unforeseen mishap nothing to do with sport. But if you are a sportsman/women Sam's degree and background means your injury and return to sport will be in safe hands.

A patient's treatment session doesn't finish when they walk out the door. At Chelmsford Sports Injury Clinic we will design specific, individualised exercise and stretching based programmes for patients to work on between sessions to help speed up the recovery process and return patients to the sport they love even faster and stronger than before! Sam also believes in educating patients about their injury so you can also go away and research the injury too.

A Sports Rehabilitator initially works with a patient immediately after injury using first aid and trauma management. Following this stage, a Sports Rehabber can then provide an assessment, treat the injured area and rehabilitate the athlete until they are back to fully functional fitness.
